I don't think you can add more columns other than device name.

If your file-sync rule target are devices of certain device model(s), you can create a virtual-device group/virtual-device-group tree which use the filter for MobiControl server to pick the required devices of specific brand/model for you.  Then target your file-sync rule to the created virtual group/group-tree.

I understand that you have opened a case with SOTI Support and that you have a workaround currently in place and as the agent outlined, unfortunately at this time, we do not have this feature in the latest release of SOTI MobiControl. I would like you to create a support case (click here) or call the SOTI Support team (click here) to raise a Feature Request. These feature requests should be created by customers via a Support case.

Please keep in mind that this would not be an instant resolution as SOTI Product Team have to work internally with different departments to get this added. So, this may take weeks to months to get it included in the new build if the development feels that this would be feasible. Please follow the release notes of SOTI MobiControl to get an update on the improvements done on the new release.
