Hello,
I have two SOTI server, the first has the version 13.3 and the second has the version 15.5
How can I migrate one device under Android from the first server (V13) to the second server (V15) ?
I think we can use scripts to do that ? what is the easiest way ?

As suggested by Kamran, you will have to get in touch with Professional services(PS) to perform the migration and to do so either you can create a support case with us or reach out to your Account manager to get in touch with PS.

why migrating instead of just upgrading the current (13.3) server to the relevant version (following the upgrading procedures)?

I would suggest to contact your account manager to get SOTI Professional Services involved.
Migration process could be complex and SOTI PS team can help with that.

If migration is needed; as Kamran said, each migration is unique to customer's environment because there are many variables to consider, and there are many risks involved, so the best approach is contact your Sales Account Manager to raise a request for SOTI Professional Services to carry out.
