Hey Jan,
you have installed the Securety Update GDE from Janary 2021.
Can you try the newest Relase from January 2021 -> KB4583457 -> 14.0.3370
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb4583457-description-of-the-security-update-for-sql-server-2017-cu22-january-12-2021-0cd203cb-a728-ef64-d4be-b45eaf00f50a
To apply this update, you must have SQL Server 2017 or any SQL Server 2017 CU release through this SQL Server 2017 CU22 installed.
If you have MobiControl and the SQL Server on the same virtual Server , Shut Down, Snapshot ;)
BUT when i look at your Screenshots it looks like that the SQL Server is on an other Server installed ?
That was in the Past my best experience with Upgrades on SQL or MobiControl.
Last Question, what MobiControl Version are you trying to Upgrade?
Because some prevous versions had some wrong messages during installing MobiControl.
Did you download a wrong patch/CU file or run the patch/CU file in a wrong MS Server instance?

And what KB****** you are Trying to execute to Update the SQL Server on Your Server?
Second Question what Version ob MobiControl 15.2.* are you trying to Install ?
Hello,

This seems to me to be the right way to go. Let us know if it worked as Marcus commented in the previous answer!
