Hello Bennani

Thanks for requesting a response from Soti Central!!
I will wait for an update from your side.

Hi Bennani,
as the Support has written is a Way but you have to do many Steps manually.
-> for the Enrollment i would recommand you to generate an QR Code.
That is much faster and easier for the Enrolling (With Wifi Settings and Enrollment ID).
Honeywell -> Enterprise Provisioner -> Wizzard Enroll to MobiControl
https://hsmftp.honeywell.com/en
It is also Possible to create manually Profiles to Enroll the Deivce.
The Good thing is with scanning the QR Code Wifi and Device settings can be Configured and how to Download the Soti MobiControl Agent (Ftp, SFTP, Http or from a Server) and Enroll the Device to MobiControl.
I use this for the CT40 Gen1, Gen2 & XP Generations in the Envirement and other Honewell devices.
Add a Device Rule for the App Store that the MobiControl App is Mandatory and is Updateing them Self ;)
You can create an QR Code with the Enterprise Provisioner -> Provisoning -> only mark "Factory Reset Device" -> go to Tab Barcodes -> Select Tasks -> Generate Barcode -> Scan the Barcode -> Device is doing a Factory reset.
Thank you for your answer but with too much information I don't really understand how to work with the simplest method with the QR Code.
I had 20 Honeywell CT40 devices, I enrolled 16 by the method:
Total resets => enter a wifi => enter afw # mobicintrol, and it goes directly to the window to enter the registration ID, but on 4 devices it does not go from the afw # mobicontrol step to the ID d step 'registration.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hello Bennani
Greetings
Thanks for your response .
Kindly share the OS version and OEM version of your 4 devices having some issue.
Kindly confirm if the OEM version is different for your rest of 16 devices which are enrolled properly.
Secondly in the mean time , as i mentioned in my previous post , if you want to test with some other methods , a step wise instructions are specified in the link mentioned earlier.

Hi Bennani,
can you Update your Devices to the Newest Version from Andriod 8.1 ?
That is from the CT40 -> HON660-O-86.00.27-(0189).zip
I had it in the Past that a Bug was in a Firmware that i was only installing MobiControl with an Workaround.
Hello Bennani
Greetings
Hope you are doing great. It seems that devices having issue not on the latest firmware for os 8.1.0 so kindly try to update the firmware on one of your device and check if you are able to enroll with afw#mobicontrol method.
In case if the issue is not resolved after upgrading firmware then I will suggest you to please raise a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to assist you better with other provisioning methods for enrollment.
