Hello,
Our android terminals do not appear in the soti console, but they are present in the enrollment server logs,
We tried with a "classic" version and an enterprise version of Android without success.
Console version : Version: 15.1.2.1035
By "Android terminals", did you mean Android platform tab or something else?
Is this the first time you enrol an Android-classic/Android Enterprise device onto this Mobicontrol v15.1.2 server instance? Is the device enrollment successful with the device agent app showing a green "enrolled" status on the device screen?
Has your current MobiControl server been upgraded from an earlier MobiControl version? If so, what was the pervious server version and build numbers? Were any Android devices enrolled onto the earlier server?

We are trying to enroll android smartphones with Soti.
Yes, this is the first time that we have tried to enroll Android smartphones.
The soti agent indeed displays a green rolled-up status, with the correct domain information.
In the Mobicontrol server reports, it is clearly displayed that a new terminal is enrolled,
but this one does not appear in the management console.
Unfortunately, we don't know if the Mobicontrol server has been updated.
Mobicontrol server is in 15.1 version
But no device has been enrolled since we tried to use SOTI.

Could you please be more specific regarding what type of devices you re using, such as manufacturers, models, OS version, etc.
Regarding your instance of MobiControl, is it on-premises or SOTI Cloud-based?
If it is hosted in the Cloud with us, you could request an upgrade.
As we need more information, you could raise a case with us, or also may find some help in the SOTI Help page.
