i'm not an expert but, go to console of mobicontrol and see log file (DS / DSE) perhpas after make this operation.

I think you have certainly some information about the error.

The recently release d MobiControl v14.5.6 has a fix (MCMR-25035)  for such error according to the release note found at https://docs.soti.net/soti-mobicontrol/release-notes/v145/1456/ 

Maybe you can look into release notes for versions after v15.1.2 for similar fiix.  If found, open an official support ticket with Soti support team to discuss whether or not to upgrade your server.

We have upgraded to the newest version and the problem is still there. It is now filed as a supportcase.
