'Internal Server Error' while trying to sync applications on catalog

Hi,

We have problem that when we try to sync applications on from any enterprise binding we get 'Internal Server Error'.

This happens everytime i try to sync approved applications.

If i make new binding it will work for a while (aprox 1day), but stops working after a while.

Any ideas how to solve this? We are running version 15.2.2.1080

"Internal server error" message can sometimes be a false alarm.  One usually need to drill down to server or device logs to get more information on what cause the problem.   This is likely outside the scope of this forum, as I don't think you or your company want to reveal too much sensitive information about your implementation in an open forum. 

I suggest you to officially open a support case directly with Soti support team, so that they can gather more information from you and nail down the problem.

Hi Jaakko,

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.

The issue you described seems to be a known issue we had, the permanent fix versions are 14.5.6, 15.3.1, and 15.4.0. Now in regards to a solid workaround. I suggest you raise a Support Case to validate the issue itself and then we'll be able to provide you with an SQL script to fix the problem and further instruction.

Also, feel free to reference this discussion URL in your support case.
