Upgrading of Device Agent

Hi

I'm arranging with SOTI to upgrade from 13.3.3 to 14.2. All devices on platform are Samsung and all agents are the ELM version. So I have one silly question that people here might be able to answer...

When I upgrade the device agents will the users have to go through Device admin policy pending and Licence activation pending screens again?

It's so I can send out any necessary instructions to the users.

Over-the-air upgrade for enrolled Samsung ELM device agent is silent.  i.e. device end-user will not be prompted again for anything.
