Building / Deploying a package

Spent some time with our vendor on getting the scanner settings built using Velocity Console and it seems straight forward enough.

However, when trying to test on a scanner I have mixed results in some times it appears to work, and others it fails completely.  I've reached out to Velocity - but they are being resistive as I am unable to find / provide some account information. Best I've found - is we don't have a Wavelink / Velocity account manager.

Is there a guide or other resource I can download to work with that will step me through building or updating the Velocity Project / Profile so that I can build the needed package(s) with MC Studio and then get deployed in SOTI?

If you are using the MobiControl Package Studio be careful to select correct OS versions from minimum to maximum supported OS versions, to not face any issue as well.
