Soti MobiControl Cloud experience ... ??

Hi everyone,

we are planning to migrate our Soti installation to the cloud, 20.000 + devices. Currently we have one MS server and 8 DP servers (4 DMZ / 4 internal). Has anyone done this before, what are your experiences with MobiControl in the cloud. Are there any restrictions?

This depends very much on the implementation details such as diversity level of device models/device platforms, level of integration/policy-involving with corporate infrastructure (e.g. content repositiory, VPN, SSO, etc.).

Also, as cloud instance administrators normally do not have RDP access to the cloud server, configuration/debugging of issues rely heavily on Soti cloud support team.  Communication delays and other overheads may have impact on the day-to-day work efficiency
