Hi Amine,

in MobiControl 15.6.6 or 2024.1.0 you have in the Profile -> Config -> Soti Surf -> General the Option "" on Percent level.

Hope that is what you need for your Configuration.

Hi Amine

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse.

Thank you Marcus Breitenthaler for responding to the post. Your expertise and willingness to help are greatly appreciated!

To set a specific zoom level for your SOTI Surf browser, as Marcus had posted, you can configure from the profile configurations for SOTI Surf via which the Surf is installed on the targeted devices.

On the same profile via which the Surf is assigned, navigate to the SOTI Surf configurations, and in the 'General' tab, you will be able to find the option 'Set Browser Zoom Level' with which you can specify the desired zoom level in percentage. This option allows you to specify the desired default browser zoom level in percentage.

Please refer to the image provided below for more clarity :

Hi Amine

The suggestion provided in the previous post was to set a specific zoom level just for your SOTI Surf browser.

While you navigate out of the SOTI Surf page, the specified criteria for the zoom level does not apply as we are defining the zoom percentage just for Surf.

Since you had mentioned that the display zoom level gets modified each time you navigate through the SAP system, we would like to gain more clarity on whether the SAP system refers to another web page or is it an application to which the user is being redirected from the SOTI Surf browser.

Kindly provide us with the requested information so that we will able to provide you with more accurate suggestions.

Hi, sorry for the missunderstanding. Evrything is done through SOTI Surf, so the SAP system is just an URL of our web page on-prem

Hi Amine

Thanks for the information.

If everything is handled through SOTI Surf and the SAP system is just a web page accessed via a URL, then it sounds like SOTI Surf is your primary interface. The criteria that are defined for the Surf browser is applied to anything that gets accessed via Surf. As the SAP web page gets accessed, the criteria will no longer be applicable to the same if its not getting opened within the Surf window.

Could you also provide an image of the window within in which the SAP web page is accessed ?

We are dedicated to providing the assistance and support you require.
