Hi all,
I can't seem to find any option within SOTI Surf 14.1.0 Build 66 to disable and lockdown this functionality, when users are navigating our webpage.
Current use case is for a customer experience solution, so we would like to avoid customer zooming in completely on the page and leaving it in that state. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for requesting an answer from Soti Support.
Currently it is only possible to disable zoom functionality for iOS devices using Single App Mode. To do this you would need to create a new iOS profile, select Single App Mode and enter the Soti Surf bundle identifier (net.soti.surfbrowser) which then allows you adjust settings for that specific application, in your case to disable "touch".
Unfortunately if you are using an Android+ / Android Enterprise device or an iOS device and require the use of more than one application you will not be able to accomplish this by using a profile.
However I believe this is a very good idea which could benefit a number of customers so I would suggest creating a case with Soti Technical Support so they can submit a feature request on your behalf.
