just an update...AFIK we don’t need XSight. not really sure what benefits it offers. So, we have disabled the XSight services and our SQL "SA" login is no longer an issue. We were just trying to eliminate a typical ubiquitous ADMIN user id from our system.
XSight is "only" used for remote control even if you don't have a license for it.
This issue was resolved. We were unable to access the SQL user settings for XSight due to trial XSight license expiring. So, we were unable to access the XSight Web Console where I beleive the SQL user id's are maintained.
