I don't think so.
Some specifc device brand/model may have such configuration option in their device Settings. If so and if your device is enrolled as an AE device, you might check if such device OEM brand/model has corresponding OEMConfig compliant app downloadable from the Managed-Google-Play store, and then check if there is/are any related configuration option(s) in such app via the Advanced-Configuration tab of an App-Catalog-Rule/App-Polcy in your MobiControl web-console.
