As said earlier,  silent installation (i.e. push and install without prompting device end-user) is NOT supported with generic Android device agent.

For generic android, the app .apk file can be sent to the targeted devices using a file-sync rule, and  prompting the user to install upon file transfer completion can be partially enforced with post script in the advanced option of the file-sync rule.  However, if the device end-user decides not to install when prompted, there is nothing anyone can do the enforce installation.  I usually added another file-sync rule with pre-script in its advanced option to enforce additional prompt for installation for device(s) that haven't got the app installed.  However, targeted devices of this additional file-sync rule has to be manually set unless some intelligent program making use of MobiControl REST api's can intelligently target this additional file-sync rule only to those device(s) that haven't got the app installed yet. 

Yes, but NOT silent operation.  There will be prompt on the generic Android device to get confirmation from whoever have access to the device before any operation can proceed.

If you permit to tell my how i can do it, because all the paths i found, say that it is not possible and it can only copy the file or apk to the device, but the setup is manual, which is not acceptable for us, to let users install applications manually

A side question if you permit, as i said previously that we are using MobiControl version 13.2, to manage android generic devices with os version 5.1.1,

If we install a new server with version 15, can it manage those android devices?
