Cancel a sceduled profile deployment

This may be obvious but I can't see a way to do this.


If we have scheduled the deployment of a new version of a profile then if we decide we do not want to carry out the deployment, what is the best way to stop it?

The only thing I can think of doing is disabling the profile but this then means any new devices that need to enrol using the existing version of the profile can't do so.

The only other option i know is to revert back your changes by editing the profile again and deploy that until you decide again to change it.

I agree with Rafael,

I did not need this earlier but it's what I know as well, please see as follows:

scheduled profile  - waiting for feature time

after editing and deploy the profile again

so looks like it's overwrite version 2 (which was sheduled profile)

Need to mention, this ofc will cause a entire profile re-deployment to all assigned devices even the settings are the same as before!

Hey Troy,

Thanks for posting on SOTI pulse. Thank you Rafael and Zafer for providing the solutions you have found for the requirement Troy has mentioned. As of now, there seems to be no option to delete the scheduled profile but it seems to be something that can be raised as a Feature Request. I suggest if you can Log a Case and request to create a Feature Request, the same can be implemented in one of the upcoming releases. Thank you!!
