My SOTI version is 14.4, slightly lower, but it should be very similar if not the same.

I would check this by going to the top left 3 bars (dropdown menu) and going to Profiles. Open and edit the profile you want removed from this device, in this case "Zebra MC3390R Agent". You don't need to change anything in the profile, but click on Save and Assign. This will then bring up the window where you can select which folders the profile applies to. De-select the folder your device is in, that you don't want the profile applied to. Then click Assign. This should remove the profile from any devices in that folder, including the one in question.

Alternatively you could just move the device to a different folder where that profile does not apply.

In my experience it means the profile is assigned to the folder the device is in, but has been manually removed as shown by the "Administratively Removed" message. To resolve this either move the device to a different OU or de-assign the profile from that OU. No need to delete the profile. I'm guessing you have your Zebra Agent profile and Cloned profile both assigned to the same folder.

Thanks for the reply. Would you mind to elaborate on how one can check this 'folder' ? We are really new to our Mobcontrol. You are right that we revoke that profile directly on the particular device's configuration. 

Where else can we do it from? If there's a folder, I guess we must have missed on finding it among all the icons and menus.

Thank you! That did the trick. I did not realize that the profile is still assigned and remain that way until its assignment is removed even if the administrator has revoked it off the device directly.
