Is there a way of reporting on historical battery percentage, a Data Collected (Battery Status) is collected so the data has been taken.
The reason for the question, all of our devices are put on charge every night (Honeywell EDA51) and left on. Some of the devices seem to be dying part way through the day so I want to be able to see if the devices were charged to 100% and the drain rate over the day

If you have data-collection rule configured for a particular device, just go to the "Collected Data" tab associated with that device to see the battery percentage data collected within selected time period.
Within MobiControl, there is no simple canned report to see percentage statistics for a group of devices based on collected data of past time period. One might build customed program (via REST api or other preferred language/framework) to query collected data stored in the SQL database and perform more advanced report/analytics.
Alternatively, you can consider using Soti XSight product, which provides advanced battery management and analytics that work perfectly together side by side with MobiControl.
If you're happy with one device per page of a PDF, go to "Reports" >> "Android plus" tab >> "Device reports (flat view)" >> "Battery Status graphs", enter the time period and run the report.
