I have a device that i resetted that won't enroll at all. I read that when you delete a device it ins't on the database. Is there any solution ?

i recommand to create a Cese cause it is a cloud instance.
You can not really have a look into the MobiControl logs.
can you find the S/N when you query it in the Soti Search menu ?
The device is stuck in the DB and SOTI support can manually remove it for you. It happens all the time if you search index integrity is low. Make sure you're syncing that often to prevent it.
