i cannot delete device after un-enroll device. how i can do this case.
Based on your other post, I have to assume you are using MobiControl v14.4.
Could you provide more details, e.g.
- What is the platform of your problematic device? What is the firmware version and mode (e.g. supervised/unsupervised, DEP/non-DEP for iOS, or Android+/Android-Enterprise-Device-Owner/Android-Enterprise-Work-Profile for Android, etc.)
- What exactly did you do to get the device unenrolled?
- Any log entries for the problematic device in the web-console?
etc.
We also have problems to delete devices from GUI.
In Database they appear as "deleted/unenrolled" (Mode = -1), but they are still visible in GUI. Deletion or any other action is not possible.
I will open a support case for this topic. (v14.4.0)
