Hi Rathasatekun,

if you have Signal Policy on your MobiControl Server version, you may test following:

- Keeping your Out of Contact Policy to enable Lockdown on your devices whose last connection is 3+ days

- And create a signal policy targeting to your related devices (that you want NO lockdown) by selecting a related conditions such as device connected as follows; so this way whenever the devices coming from your out of contact policy can connect again, this signal policy will trigger and you can send out notify kiosk off related to this action to disable lockdown

Condition:

on the action side there is relocation as well (move the devices to another folder) if required.
