Restricting cellular data usage by app

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to run a scrip to restrict cellular data usage for specific apps? It is possible to manually set "Allow background data usage" in android app manager but I cannot find any similar option in mobicontrol.

Hi there, I'm hijacking this post as I have the same question. I need to disable background data for one specific app. Can this be done?

MobiControl version - 15.2.6.1006

Agent version - 14.5.5.1023

Manufacturer - Samsung (Galaxy Tab Active2)

Enrollment type (Android Plus or Android Enterprise) - Android Enterprise

OS version - 9
