we have a problem and we don't find a solution ..

We work with SOTI onPremise v15.6.6 and device are Zebra TC78 under android 13/14.

We need to install an application make by another company on devices.

App works fine with the sandbox -> environnement of test

App production is not working we receive a message -> device verification failed ...

Off course we write to the person who create this application for to know what does it mean but until now we don't have any information ...

But i find something strange, when we enroll the device we used adb for that:

• adb install path
• adb 

  shell dpm set-device-owner "net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.admin.DeviceAdminAdapter"

• type url for SOTI

if I turn OFF the developer option, open application we didn't receive any error message ...

It's the problem, how we can disable this proprety with SOTI ?
