Signal Policy Throttle Alerts

Hello is it possible to throttle the amount of alerts we receive using Signal Policy for emailing when a device is off network? We're receiving a massive amount of alerts when a device is off network and would prefer to somehow enable like once an hour alert if possible. Thank you.

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl?

What about the trigger condition(s) and parameters as well as the settings options you used in your signal policy?

What were the type and number of devices that had caused  the "massive amount of alerts" as you mentioned?  Approximately how many alerts (or how often were they)  were received?

Hello Raymond/SOTI,

Apologies for the delay in my response. At the time we had multiple Honeywell CK65 devices we were setting up and powering off and shipping to locations. Those devices were being picked up by the signal policy as being off network. What I thought was multiple messages of the same device over and over was about 5 devices. Looking closer at the time stamp from the emails, the alerts appear to come once an hour. Once we had the devices in their home subnet, the alerts calm downed. So this was more a lack of my own awareness to what was happening then being hit with a massive amount of alerts. Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it.
