



The permission is granted by Soti Agent automatically BUT you need to ensure that the Soti agent has this permission as well, otherwise it can't do that.
Try to send the legacy script request_appops_permission MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to the device. Then the device should show a prompt (if the agent doesn't have the access already). Grant the agent the permission and reinstall the app and check it's permisiions afterwards.
Btw.: Is it COPE or BYOD?
It's corporate device and the type is Android Enterprise - Work Profile
