We are trying to change app permission by admin user, However, Admins cannot change app permission in Admin mode as shown in below screenshot. Is there any way to change it.?

depends with an Zebra or Hoenywell you would have different options.
What Manufactor is your Device and what Firmware Version is installed ?
How does the app request the permission or in general: is it requesting this permission?
And how is the app distributed?
