Silent install and Hide Application

Good Morning,

If I remember right I can do a silent install on an app. However I am wanting to then supress the app in a way the end user can not see the app but it is still on the device for the servers to see and verify the app is there and allow traffic into the system. Why I want to supress this is we would rather not have employees try to use their own personal devices. Now I know you can go the application list and see the app. However the number of people doing that will be far less than me leaving it in the open for all to see.

You using a lockdown?

If the lockdown is setup, you only only the apps you want. In the background, your app gets installed and the end user would be none the wiser as they can only see the apps you've allowed them to see.

Hello Bhav,

We are not using a Lockdown Template on these devices. This app I am wanting to hide is an app that the MAM policy will look for and then allow the device in. Now if I had the app the MAM will still find the application but the users wont be able to use personal devices.   The goal is to at least slow the personal devices down.
