Apple Device Enrolled but not appearing

Good morning all,

I've enrolled an iPad in to MobiControl - the device has downloaded and installed the management and configuration profiles and the MobiControl app is saying that it is checking in with the enrollment server and all looks fine.

In the web console though the device is not appearing - any ideas what might be happening here?

I've got the APNS cert installed and created an enrollment rule (which is where the enrollment ID token has come from anyway) and I'm a bit lost.

Got about 75 Android and Windows devices enrolled and never seen this issue before.

The cache data in your MobiControl Search module might be outdated.  Just go to Global-Settings tab and force a sync operation of the MobiCeontrol Search from the MS-SQL database, and then refresh your web-console to see if the missing device icons get displayed.

Hi Raymond,

I've just tried that (I assume this is Console Settings > Search Index Sync > Sync Now?) but no joy unfortunately.

Just checked the device though and it says it is still checking in with our server. Very odd.

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse!

With your search index integrity, is it close to 100 percent?

Can you please confirm if the status of the device is saying enrolled on the MobiControl application? If you could provide a screenshot, that would be great.

Kind regards,
