If I change the password of this account what will happen with the devices that have that account already configured? Do they get disconected? Do the apps get removed?
Can you still configure this account remote on a large number of devices?
If the google account you referred to is the managed Google Play account of the android enterprise (binding) chosen for the enrollment of group of work managed devices, then changing the password of such account will not affect any of the devices enrolled. The changed password only affect access to the Managed Google Play store for configuring/adding of managed apps associated with the account/binding.
