If you are using an android Plus enrollment method, you can still use an mcsetup.ini file to enroll devices.

Assuming you're using v13 of SOTI, in the Android Plus Tab, please do the following:

• Right click on the Add device rule you have created and select Download device Agent
• Click Download INI file
• put the mcsetup.ini file on the device in the root of the "/sdcard/"
• When the MobiControl Agent Application is run for the first time after install, the agent should auto-detect the file and enroll

For enrolling an Android-Enterprise device in device-owner/managed-device mode,  a better way is to use MobiControl Stage app or Windows program to enroll with QR-code/NFC-bumping.
