l.s. I know that you can change the 12/AM/PM settings to 24H via the preferences, but when I build
an report it still present as 12H AM/PM , how /where to change this?
(we in The Netherlands think in 24 hours, except the UK of course :-)

Hi Peter,
Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.
I've just sent a request to check if 24H format is available in reports. I'll get back to you in due course.

Hi RRMOD,
Do you have any updates on this?
If you could also look into the date format along with the time.
I'm in UK and when looking at a report in Excel the date is rarely correctly formatted, even when using the Text to Columns function and choosing the matching date/time format.
I believe this is something to do with the way data is formatted in csv export:
Device Name,Agent Check-in Time,Battery Percentage,Available Memory,Path

Personally in an export I'd use a date/time like YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss, also has the advantage that it can be sorted correctly as "text" rather than relying on being changed into a "date".
If you think this should be raised as a development ticket, please let me know.
Thanks,
Gary
