I am very new to SOTI and am looking for the steps I need to do to set up Kiosk more for specific handhelds in a folder. We are using Honeywell CN80's with android 7.1.1. I'm not sure if I need to download a specific package in order to do this. Any help would be much appreciated!
Are they enrolled as Android+(DA), Android Enterprise (Work Profile), or Android Enterprise (Device Owner)?
I believe they are Android Enterprise (Work Profile) and I have no problem with those. I'd like to create another enrollment rule to the devices that will be in Kiosk mode.
If they're enrolled with Work Profile I don't believe you're going to be able to support any level of Kiosk mode as that AE management use case is intended for BYOD. If you enroll other devices as AEDO then you can create an AE Profile containing a Lockdown profile which you can configure within SOTI.
