Uninstall updates for system app

I've updated an system app to a pre release version via installing apk.

I'm trying to remove the app in Mobiconrol, Devices > Applications > Remove program.

Then I only get "Pending Uninstallation"

When having handset in my hand and enter settings, select the app, and select Uninstall updates. I can remove the update.

Is there any way to Uninstall updates remote via mobicontrol?

This is not a customer issus, but I'm trying to understand how apps can be installed and unistalled, and what limitiations to consider. (I realize that unistall app removes settings and is not always the best way forward)

"Remove program" is used to COMPLETELY uninstall an installed app rather than to revert to an earlier version.  If your so-called sys app refers to an app freely bundled with the device firmware image, then "Remove program" has no effect anyway, and all you can do is to use the device's Settings (in the app manager tab) to either "Disable" it completely or to revert to the original version included in the firmware image.

Currently, unless an app is deployed with .pcg package in Mobicontrol, you have no "complete" control on which of its available versions to be deployed using your MobiControl web console remotely.  However, more control should be on the way when Samsung E-FOTA and Google Android Enterprise app deployments mechanism get improved by their respective platform owner.
