Not as far as i know of.
May i ask for the reason?
I mean maybe you are looking for the "wrong solution" so we could help you better when we know what you are trying to acchieve with this procedure. For me it makes only sense to keep such data if you want to install the app later again (but why?) but maybe i miss another possible reason for that.

Can please let us know the use case scenario here, as most of the customers, want to delete the app as well as the app data?
