Hi rathasatekun,

in this case you may need to wipe the device from Soti (instead of unenroll) or from device side via recovery mode (no matter after unenrollment or before).

Forgot to mention, you also can add to that wipe command to the relevant out of contact profile.

Hi Rathasatekun,

Do the devices belong to your company?  Do you just want to change the device kiosk to make it unusable by any device end--user?  Or really want to unenroll/delete the device if it's disconnected for 3 hours?

Description of your use case is patchy and partial.  To protect my reputation, I would not casually comment on any possible implementation without first getting sufficient background information & requirements.

Actually, to implement use case of this complexity level, you need assistance from responsible expert and sensible test flows before actual large-scale deployment to prevent big financial loss to your company.   Good luck.

this case , i found that PDA Zebra MC33xx Model with Lockdown Mode, when have been taken Unenroll or delete from SOTI Server (because of delete device from unused device or want to Re-Enroll when re-claim), it's stucked on Lockdown can not enter SOTI App (like app crash), Home button lost from home screen (even through enable home button)
