If you are not able to touch the status bar itself then it is the expected behavior but if disabling the status bar expansion does not allow you touch on the top bar of your application, then it is a problem. If later is the case, I would suggest you to open a support case with SOTI.

Similar issue here on multiple device.


Using "Activity Suppression" and "Disable Status Bar Expansion" creates a layer of unusable lines on top of screen. 

When using apps in "Fullscreen" with a clickable item on top row, almost unusable.

Example below has a hamburger menu top left. 
But half of this is not usable when "Disable Status Bar Expansion" is active.



I presume this just appeared from a certain version of MobiControl Agent. But I'm not sure which one.

Would you please confirm the device agent version as a similar issue was fixed in agent version 13.7.4. If the device is already running an agent 13.7.4 or above, then please open a support case with SOTI.

Was there ever any resolution to this? Seeing similar results on TC52s under AEDO with Activity Suppression lockdown with Disable Status Bar Expansion checked.
