Hello,

we have mobicontrol on version 13.3.3454

the client is on version : 13.3.0.1059.

our devices is zebra tc75x under android 6.0.

I trying to collect some data with the fonction available -> data collection.

I've create a data collection with type => IP Address on it . (just for to realize some tests)

I've selected somme devices and apply on them.

Now on device, i go to collected data on the right panel but every time there is nothing ...

I think the steps i follow is not good ..but which one ?

why my data collection is always empty ..

What did you set for the collection schedule in your data collection rule?

How long have you waited before you checked for data in the web console?

Try to include "Battery Status" in your test when debugging.

Hello raymond,

i have set in the collection rule these options :

- battery status

-ip address

i wait perhpas not much time :)

i have been review the data collection and change collection schedule to collect and change the time :) :) 

i think it will be better :)

i run the test now, i update this topic with the result
