Retrieve the MAC Address from Android plus devices

Hi all, I am currently working on SOTI version 14.2.3.1069, attampting to pull out the MAC from 100 devices on one of my deployments. All the devices are Android OS 7.1.2 with MOBI Control 14.0.0 deployed.

I tried the following but currently not getting any information back:

1. Selected the following from the filter list in the display page:

- MAC Address

2. Drilled into a few devices and can see the following in the Device Details section

This doesnt return anything

    3. Ran a Device Information Report, wihc returns the MAC address as Unknown     Is there something I am missing, or something I need to do SOTI side to pull this data at all?   Regards Wayne

Hi Wayne,

Thanks for the post!

You can also follow the below steps to retrieve the MAC Address from all devices enrolled on the console:

* Select the V button beside the Columns view in the display page:

* Add a new Column View

* Select Device Name and MAC Address from the list

* Click on Done

* Export the displayed columns into .csv file using the below button to successfully download the MAC address from all the 100 devices.

What are the active MDM api's reported by your device agent?

What about the version and build numbers of the device agent?
