I just made some routine checks and found that for some packages I lost the "access"!?
When I do a "refresh" this is what I get:
Also interesting is that a "deleted" user appears in the logs:
It has turned out to be a bug in our Mobicontrol version. Watch out when you have packages builded by users which where deleted from the Console and you don't have at least vers. 15.3.1. You may have a "surprise"!

Thank you for your post on SOTI Central and kindly provided the solution.
I have checked the ticket,. The issue was fixed after you deleted the user and had to create a new user and upload packages again.
