My company is changing DNS server IP addresses for my environment and I'm trying to figure out whether I can use SOTI to push the change to my devices (CK3x, CK65 and CN80) or will i have to touch each one.  Any thoughts ?   Thanks in advance.

Did you mean the public IP address of your on-premises MobiControl server got changed?

If your implementation has used a dedicated FQDN (together with associated SSL certificate installed)  used in the device-management address field in MobiControl MCadmin Utility,  then there is no need to worry about devices getting out-of-control provided that either the primary or secondary agent address field in MCadmin is set with that same FQDN.
