To get location data more readily available for display upon check-in/scheduled update, you can considering adding a data-collection rule to get location data regularly (every 2/5/10 minutes say), though there might be significant impact on the device battery life.  Of course, the location data may be a little outdated compared to the location data got if such location data collection is initiated directly right after a device check-in.

Thanks for answering, I already config Data Collection for the devices, but sometimes when client want to check last location of the device, what written in the log is Device Located by Check-in mechanism, not from Data collection rule.

So i was wondering if we can get the location from Check-in mechanism, that way, we can get the most recent Location of the device either from check-in or from data collection.
