Hi guys,

I have a client that want to evaluate KPI from their employee based on their user activity in SOTI Mobicontrol.

Currently the user activity is shown as below :

My client want the device shown at user activity, for example, when device location requested, the name of the device is shown is the log , too.

And is it possible to download or export the log to CSV or Excel file ?

Hi JVMOD,

Thanks for replying, i saw the feature, it's only showed debive activity, my client objective is to know what the User doing.

For example 1 admin that responsible for 1 group of devices, we want to know what is he doing for 1 day and to which device, if, for exampke the admin request location, we can know which device he request the location too..

Hi Randy,

Just had a look at the Global Reports options and there isn't a report that fits your requirements. It's a very good idea and I suggest you raise a Feature Request via support.eu@soti.net. What you're asking would need to be introduced, especially if you need more specific details etc.
