MXMF is Loading...Please Wait

Anyone else seeing this blue MXMF is loading screen with device agent 2024.1.5.1216 ? I have quite a few devices where they just sit on this screen until its rebooted. Support said this should clear on it own after a few minutes which seems odd. None of my file sync rules will work when this is present also.

Yes the screen is normal in newer agent versions and should go away on its own after ~1 minute. If you are seeing it display for longer than that and never go away then that may be a new issue but the actual appearance and extended display of this splash screen is expected on Zebra devices with the newer agent versions.

Thanks, Matt! It definitely doesn't go away on its own or anywhere near minute. I've typically seen it show up just briefly when the devices first boot up. If I look through my devices failing file sync rules they're all stuck on this screen. I remoted into a few this morning and they were on this screen for around 45 minutes. I'll escalate with SOTI this morning, I think this new agent has some issues

yes i can confirm

in very less cases on my test devices i had the same issue that the "loading" screen never disappear.

after a reboot it worked.

Thanks Marc! Support is submitting a development ticket for this, so hopefully they have this fixed relatively soon. Wreaking havoc on trying to do OS updates

I have the same problem with a TC57 on android 10. Soti agent version is 2025.0.5.1064. Soti platform version is 15.5.1.1010. 

Could you please confirm if is any fix for this?

Same issue with the same agent and Android 13.38 on Zebra MC93 devices. Only happening with this agent. Devices with the older agents appear to be working without getting hung LOADING MXMF. Did anyone ever see a resolution to this? I would hate to have to roll back all of these devices to an older agent and re-enroll them.
