Each single-/multi-server MobiControl instance can only have ONE reg code and one expiration date at any time.  If your old reg code has 68 device licences, then you place order to Soti to add 10 devices to your "existing" instance,  and get a new reg code (for 78 devices) to replace the old reg code as follows:

1. Click on the  "Circled Question Mark" icon near the top right corner of your web console, and select "License information" in the pull down menu

2. Paste the new reg code in the space provided near the botto

3. Press the "Update" button.

If everything goes OK, your server will report that you have a total of 78 licenses.   If you only get  10 device license, either you have placed the wrong order (e.g. you haven't supply Soti with your old reg code and your intention to add 10 devices to an "existing" instance) , or Soti sales team has generated the wrong reg code for you.

We shall then contact Soti Sales to add the 10 licenses to the first Registration code
