I have problem
I have custom attribute in Store
but i have problem is my user can not search because of custom attribute not show to selected
but in Role admin can find
this name of custom attribute my role found
But other user cannot found

When they click on the device section, can they see the custom attribute from device side?
Just in case, when they visit the Global Settings > Console Settings > Search Index Sync section, can they see the search index close to %100, if not they may click on Sync now. You may try to use incognito mode or by using another internet browser as well whether it differs.
Just to test purpose, when you make one of these users as MobiControl Technicians or MobiControl Viewers roles, is there any difference? I quickly tested it out by using these roles, and it looks good for me.

The above screenshot that you mention is not for custom attribute, it's for custom data.
is your question for custom data or custom attribute?
If it's related to Custom Data you need to give related permission for each custom data to related role/users to let them see on their console side.
Example is below:

You can go to Device configurations- Advanced configurations- Custom Data. Here, you can add custom definitions and assign permissions for the same.
