MobiControl Agent icon will not appear in system tray when on a corporate network; however, it I take the laptop off the corporate network or work remotely the agent icon will appear. How do I get it to always appear?
Please provide more details, e.g.
- What are the version/build number of your Windows device?
- How did you ernol your Windows device? With what AD/LDAP server?
- Is Windows Notification Service (WNS) configured on your MobiControl sever?
- What profiles/rules/advanced-configurations policies have you deployed to your device? Are they working fine?
- Is there any MS Windows group policy deployed on your device?
etc.
Windows Devices are Windows 10, rules are working fine and devices are enrolling on the MobiControl Server. Windows Notification Services are running on the MobiConrol Server. Not Windows Group policies deployed on the devices.
