If it says Work Managed then you should be in a good spot with the right AEDO Management style. Installing the Zebra OEM Plugin is what is now needed in order for Remote Control to work. 

They are potentially enrolled under Work Profile instead of Work /Fully Managed (DO). If they are enrolled correctly under AEDO then you may also need to install the OEM specific plugin in order for Remote View to be changed to Remote Control. 

It says Work Managed Device under Active MDM API.

I set it up using StageNow (Zebra devices) and pointing to the agent from here: https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads/

And used a json file to auto enroll it to my enrollment ID.

Stupid question but how do I verify it's enrolled correctly? I will look for a OEM specific plugin for our devices as well.
