Anyway to disable this prompt?

Hello,

Is there anyway to disable this prompt in MobiControl? I don't want to use the Accessibility service for remote control. I have the OEM plugin installed and if I enable the accessibility service I'm no longer able to type anymore.

Hi John,

Thanks for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff,Could you please provide the OS version on the device. 

If it is OS 11, we have some issue with remote control and you can see more details in the link here

Hi John, did you get any solution for this? I got same error message for Samsung A51 running Android 12(API31) in Agent 15.3.0.1006 Remote Control 1.21.1.124.

I succeed after following this steps:

1)set device in admin mode

2) send script

enforce_rcaccessibility 0

It disconnects the device and we must wait a bit until reconnection

3) request a soft reset

4) send  script

enforce_rcaccessibility 1

5) send script

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag 
Restartagent 

6)Activate User Mode
