Hello everyone, one of our Honeywell CN80 devices keeps trying to download a file. This is no longer available in the Enterprise Provisner. I would like to cancel this, but I cannot find a way to do so. The window keeps popping up in the foreground. You will find a screenshot in the attachment.
We use Mobicontrol 15.6.1.

Is it possible to automatically clear completed and/or current tasks in Provisioner? (honeywell.com)

In the Enterprise Provisioner you can choos clear Tasks.

Did you by any chance get time time to try scanning the QR Code to clear all tasks that is provided in the link provided by Remy in the comments? If yes, did it help you resolve the issue?
