Hello Team,
We are currently experiancing issue to enroll the honeywell device as Device owner
We using the Console 15.6
We enrolling the using the Enrollment Barcode feature from the console version 2024.0.1
Wifi is getting connected and we getting screen as device is getting setup but that screen is stuck from a long time, here i have attched some snapshots.
We tried using the honeywell provision tool but the device is not recognizing the barcode which is generated from this tool

when i had a look into your picture i would say that there are not all needed Ports and URL allowed at the Wifi.
that says me the x at the Wifi icon.
The X can also say that the Time on the Devices is wrong configured but for the enrollment it should work.
You can sort that out when you generate the QR code to use an internal Source for downloading the MobiControl APK.
Hi, Thanks for the response, by default the wifi show x as its restricated wifi, we enrolled as work profile with same barcode and everything is fine, but work managed is stuck at that screen.
But it can be still as Marcus said, that destinations are not reachable needed for the work managed.
Test on a unrestricted Wifi (or mobile data if available) just to ensure that's not the network causing anissue here. This should be always the first step to test at such issues even if it's just to sort it out as a possible issue.
Unrestricted network is not possible as they dont have access to SOTI Server, but we have implemented the Firewall rules, and the device is getting enrolled fine with work profile, can you provide me if there is any specific IP/port is responsible to enroll as Work managed ?

you need to allow mandatory Ports and Urls when you use the QR Code generation in Mobicontrol.
That includes Google and Soti Domains what are used with that QR Code.
You can only avoid that when you create a QR Code with the "Enterprice Provisioner"
But then you have to take care that the MobiControl APK needs to be downloaded from an internal Source where the Scanners are allowed to connect.
But you need the Soti Urls iallowed , otherwise the Enrollment Code is not working.
When you use the device with "GSM" and the Port to Google are not open it will promt permanently that the Device is not able to Create a Google Work account on the Device.

We have everything is allowed as the device able to connect the Wifi
Device able to download the SOTI Agent from our Server
Device able to enroll but at enroll it stuck saying the device is setting up.
We dont use any google account as we skipping
